GirlGuiding New Zealand is for all girls and young women (aged 5 - 17 years old), whatever their background and circumstances. We give girls a space where they can really be themselves with other girls and share the experience of growing up as a girl in today’s world. In this safe and aspirational environment we enable girls and young women to reach their full potential and make a difference in the world. Everything we do is about supporting girls, developing their confidence, ambition and appreciation of the outdoors through a combination of choice, co-operation and personal challenge. It’s a great way for girls to make new friends and enjoy a range of diverse activities in an environment of positive encouragement and fun.
